By booking an appointment with Henny Lash, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling your service.

1. Services Provided

Henny Lash is an eyelash extension service operating in Lake Forest and the greater Orange County, CA area. All services — including Classic, Hybrid, Volume lash applications, lash fills, and lash removal — are performed by a certified lash technician at our Lake Forest studio.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by phone at (949) 357-3928, by email at [email protected], or through the contact form on this website. Appointment times are confirmed via text or email. A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Henny Lash.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

4. Late Arrivals & Readiness

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be treated as a no-show. If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible so we can adjust.

5. Service Location Requirements

Clients must provide a clean, well-lit, quiet space with access to a flat surface where you can lie down comfortably (bed, couch, or recliner). The service area should be free of pets during the appointment, as animal hair and dander can interfere with lash adhesive bonding. Please ensure the space is reasonably temperature-controlled, as extreme heat or humidity can affect adhesive performance.

6. Travel Fee

Services within the Lake Forest area are included at listed prices. A travel fee may apply for locations outside this area. The travel fee will be communicated before booking confirmation. Current service areas include Lake Forest, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Foothill Ranch, Tustin, and Newport Beach.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on this website are current as of the last updated date shown above and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking. Tips are appreciated but never expected.

8. Health, Safety & Client Responsibilities

Your safety is our top priority. Before your appointment, please be aware of the following:

  • Allergies: You must inform Henny Lash of any known allergies or sensitivities to adhesives, latex, or cosmetic products before your appointment. A patch test is available upon request and is recommended for first-time clients.
  • Eye conditions: If you have any active eye infections, styes, conjunctivitis, or other eye conditions, please reschedule your appointment until the condition has fully resolved.
  • Contact lenses: Contact lenses must be removed before the service begins.
  • Preparation: Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Residual mascara, eyeliner, or oil-based products on the lashes can weaken adhesive bonding and reduce retention.
  • Recent procedures: If you have had any recent eye surgery, chemical peels, or cosmetic procedures near the eye area, please consult your physician before booking lash extensions.

9. Aftercare & Retention

Lash retention depends on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. Following your appointment, Henny Lash will provide aftercare instructions. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines (such as avoiding water for the first 24 hours, not using oil-based products, and not pulling or picking at lashes) may reduce retention. Henny Lash is not responsible for premature lash loss due to improper aftercare.

10. Refund & Redo Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your lash application, please contact Henny Lash within 48 hours of your appointment. We will schedule a complimentary adjustment at no additional charge. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction reported after 48 hours or for lash loss resulting from improper aftercare.

11. Assumption of Risk

Eyelash extensions involve the application of synthetic or natural fibers to your natural lashes using professional-grade adhesive. While rare, potential risks include allergic reactions, eye irritation, or natural lash damage. By booking a service, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you have disclosed all relevant health information. Henny Lash carries liability insurance and follows all industry-standard sanitation and safety protocols.

12. Photos & Social Media

With your permission, Henny Lash may photograph your lash results for use on social media, the website, or marketing materials. You will always be asked before any photos are taken, and you may decline without affecting your service. No photos will be shared with identifying information unless you provide explicit written consent.

13. Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Clients under 18 may receive services with a parent or legal guardian present who can provide written consent.

14. Website & Content

This website is provided for informational purposes. Content, including pricing and service descriptions, is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the last updated date. Henny Lash is not responsible for third-party content linked from this site.

15. Changes to These Terms

Henny Lash reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
